Writer wanted for YouTube video outline | 10+ cents per word

My name is Manika and I am a 22 year old college student. I am currently looking for someone to help me create an outline or transcript for a YouTube video. I've never hired a writer before or posted in this reddit so I'm sorry if something is wrong in this post.

I will hire someone for 0.10 cents per word or just $100 for the whole job. I am totally open to negotiating the price with a prospective employee. I need someone to help me create an outline for a YouTube video that I have been meaning to make for a while. The video is meant to encompass something that I myself wrote out in 12 pages. But I really need someone to talk it out with and organize is with me. To create a cohesive outline that will get my point across in the video. Something that will help me organize my thoughts.

This project is something that I wanna work on for a couple days to be honest. There are a lot of pieces to this project and I need someone who can help me put it all together in a solid piece.

Also I have a very small YouTube channel, but I do promise to pay you through PayPal and just stay in constant communication if you have any questions about it.

You also need to have some kind of understanding about YouTube and the culture that brews out of creative work spaces. I would like to hire someone who isn't against getting into some drama and being witty and mean.

One thing I do need to know if you are interested in this job: Have you ever left a job because the management got on your last nerve? Have you ever been in a creative environment that pushed the idea of family, but you never felt like you were a part of the family?
