Contributors wanted for food / recipe blog | 10 cents per word

Hi there! I have a recipe blog and I am in the midst of rebranding it. I'm looking for writers who are interested in contributing stories. I'm pretty open to whatever ideas you want to pitch, but I'm hoping to create more of a food culture side of my blog that focuses on cooking techniques, food history, and "in the moment" food stories. (think, tastecooking.com)
I can pay a flat rate or a rate per word starting at 10¢ per word, depending on your experience.
To be clear, I'm not looking for SEO-laden clickbait articles. I'm looking for creative pieces that are more editorial in nature. While SEO will obviously be taken into consideration, I'm looking for pieces that will spark a discussion around food and culture.
I'm looking to build a long-term relationship with a couple of writers who would be available to collaborate together in the future (ie, on slack..discuss ideas as you're available, etc.)
