Remote Copywriter wanted for creative agency | $60,000-$70,000 per year

COMPANY/PUBLICATION: THIRD RAIL CREATIVE

The Copywriter position requires a proven skill set in concepting and writing for campaigns that are strategically focused and innovative. Responsibilities include collaborating with other creative partners and account service team members to review and refine creative deliverables. You will be expected to present your work both internally and externally with clients. This position requires knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within an advertising agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Write and edit effective copy for all types of marketing projects
• Play a vital role in development and execution of website content strategy and social media campaigns
• Clearly articulate thinking behind creative solutions to both internal and external audiences
• Incorporate feedback from team members and clients
• Work collaboratively as part of a larger team in a fast-paced environment
• Research, concept, and develop big ideas in advertising, social media, online content, and digital experiences
• Grasp a client’s business objectives, brand guidelines, and target audience to inform strong executions
• Present work to clients, demonstrating a clear vision of how the work addresses the client’s challenges
• Proofread deliverables before they are sent to clients
• Help foster a culture of personal accountability, humility, mutual respect, open communication, and a shared passion for the work

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ of experience in creative writing in an advertising agency
• Excellent conceptual abilities
• Strong presentation skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize work effectively
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Advertising, Journalism, English, Communications or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
