Remote Medical Writer wanted to help update investigator brochure | ~$80-$120+ per hour

I am looking for a contractor to help update an Investigator Brochure to EU guidelines by mid-December. Could be a medical writer, but this person must also have a safety background to ensure reference section is appropriately disseminated. Remote ok, working on a Covid-19 study.
The rate is open depending on qualifications. It’s a very narrow skills set and I specifically need people with medical writing and drug safety experience with investigator brochures for European Medical Association submission experience. Most likely this person will be making $80-$120ish an hour, could be more. There is no “range” but the client needs the right fit with clinical trial experience.
