Ghostwriter / Rewriter wanted for software business (thought leadership, lead generation topics) | 10-15 cents per word

I want to start posting thought pieces related to my software businesses on LinkedIn to grow an audience and (hopefully) generate some leads for my startup. The content will mostly be general thought leadership generic advice type content with every 2-3 posts being about hiring and attracting quality candidates. I used to work with a writer and the best arrangement was one where I'd write down the idea for my post and give a general skeleton/rough draft and she would rewrite it with her storytelling/clear writing skills.
The average post will have 50-100 words with a 200 words max and I'd like to pay 0.10-0.15$ per word depending on experience level and how much extra time I have to spend on reworking the finished product. After all, my face, name, and reputation will be linked to it.
In an effort to be time-efficient, please be familiar with LinkedIn thought leader posting styles. I'm interested in emulating the writing style of Collin Cadmus on LinkedIn if you want a reference.
