THE WRITER

The writer should have a high level of sensitivity, empathy, and have a natural tendency toward working for the greater good and activism. Someone who genuinely cares about making the world a nicer place for everyone. You should have experience writing social media video content. Because of the content we’re looking to create, the ideal writer will already have a strong background in any of the following: psychology, political science, public policy, journalism, etc...

SCRIPT SUBJECTS

The scripts can be on anything that would be helpful for the average person to know. The messages should be progressive; best practices for studying or doing work, what to do if you’re having a mental health crisis, activism, protesting, donating, stretching a dollar further, how to make a difference… how to make money doing things that are good for the world… how to be a better member of your community, what to do to thrive during the pandemic.

This is going to be offering how-to information for the average person. Think helpful like The School of Life or other programs like that use science backed information to teach things.

THE SCRIPT REQUIREMENTS

The scripts can standalone or be part of a series that may or may not build upon each other.

The script should be 1-2 pages and ideally written in the screenplay format.

Should be written to be made into 60 second videos to be posted on social media

It can be driven by onscreen text or a voiceover narrator depending on your style.

It should be made in a way to prompt engagement/shares/likes whatever…

It should be made to catch attention from people that are scrolling.

They should be written to be doable for cheap, we are mostly going to use stock footage/music to get things done.
