Remote Content Writer wanted | up to $85,000 per year

We’re looking for a content writer with experience creating marketing content. You’ll help our B2B clients achieve their growth goals by creating content that connects with their target audiences and moves them through the buyer’s journey. A Brave New is a Gold Hubspot Partner Agency located in Seattle, Washington. We help businesses make their big idea reality and accelerate their growth through inbound marketing, branding, and web design.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create content for inbound marketing programs; blog posts, email newsletters, eBooks, white papers video scripts, landing pages, website pages, etc.
• Execute SEO strategies
• Participate in strategy and planning for new product and service offerings & campaign offers as needed, including positioning, launching, and promoting
• Make intuitive and data-driven decisions to leverage content and achieve client goals
• Stay on trend with new insights for techniques to share and enhance best practices
• Contribute blog posts and other content for A Brave New’s blog
• Ability to perform and deliver under tight deadlines

EXPERIENCE & CAPABILITIES

• Excellent copywriting skills: creative writing, solid grammar, and impeccable spelling are a must
• Extensive experience creating marketing content
• Good understanding of organic search and search engine marketing
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work with minimal supervision in a collaborative and positive team environment
• A self-starter with the ability to create content quickly
• A continuous learner
• Understanding of website analytics software (Google Analytics)
• Experience with Hubspot and WordPress a plus
• Experience with and/or knowledge of various social media platforms
• Track record in creating engaging and compelling content
• Agency marketing experience a plus
• A strong desire to be part of an organization where they can make a positive difference
• Positive attitude and skilled in building and maintaining colleague and client relationships
• A collaborative team player who values the success of the whole team, in addition to their own success
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
