Writer wanted for personal blog (real estate, sustainability, technology) | ~15 cents per word

I work in the field of real estate & technology as both an industry professional and a writer myself. I am looking to establish my personal brand, so this year I am kicking my personal blog into overdrive.

Since I am so busy with my day job, I don't have time to write the volume of posts I want to publish. I am consequently looking for an excellent content writer to help me out by producing an ongoing series of kickass blog posts.

I'm looking for someone with top-notch writing skills, willing to ghost write under my name and with my style, about subjects such as commercial real estate, sustainability, urban planning, architecture, conservation, technology, and related fields. I am not an expert in all of these areas but I am looking for someone who, like me, has a baseline of experience talking about these subject areas. Since I am a professional writer myself, I'm open to discussion as far as workflow goes, since these articles will have a more advanced, research-oriented, yet social media-friendly bent.

Depending on how things end up playing out with the right writer, and the level of experience you bring to the table, I might be open to co-authoring instead and sharing a byline (still published on my personal blog, for now). We can talk about that!

Pricing is negotiable up or down based on your experience level, writing ability, and whether these end up being ghost written or co-authored. The $.15/word seems about right but I would rather charge flat rates than hourly or by the word.

Oh, and I might need some help writing social media posts too, if that is your cup of tea.
