As our Full-Time Direct Response Copywriter, you will create content across the entire BossBabe brand as a whole, and make sure we are always putting our best foot forward as a brand internally and externally.

In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Customer Growth and you will contribute significantly in driving the company’s success by creating meaningful and high-converting content that helps us connect with our customers and engage our community at large.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

In your everyday job as our Direct Response Copywriter, you will be responsible for creating content to develop our brand image, brand awareness, and customer engagement.

Here is a list describing the tasks involved in this position:

You will create content for all of our brand channels, including Instagram, YouTube, Podcast, Email, Blog, Social, and Paid Advertising.
You will create consistent and desirable messages adapted to each communication channel.
You will be responsible for writing high converting copy for our free and paid products, including weekly newsletters, webinar opt-in pages, email sequences, sales pages, blog posts, and social media captions.
You will implement StoryBrand brandscripts for each of our free and paid products to ensure brand messaging is consistent and effective.
You will be in charge of improving the way we talk about each product and our overall tone of voice.
You will collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to create relevant content that engages with our community and drives customer engagement.
You will use community and client data and trends to support developing a deeper understanding of the demographics, psychographics, and behavioral drivers of our community and clients.
You will be responsible for a meticulous quality assurance process for all content to ensure accuracy, effectiveness, and brand consistency.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

This role requires a strong understanding of direct-response copywriting, call-to-action, and script development.
Highly skilled at proofreading and ensuring the quality and accuracy of any outgoing correspondence.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required: 2 years or more of previous Direct-Response Copywriting
Preferred: StoryBrand Certified
Fluent in English and based in the US
Compensation: Based on experience and can be negotiated

Proven working experience in content creation and communication. You have solid experience in content creation and communication (ideally in a start-up or a similar company), and a great understanding of brand metrics and marketing processes.
Communication and storytelling skills. You can communicate openly with people, and modulate your writing tone according to the channel you write for. Your communication is friendly and engaging.
