Writer wanted for sleep topics | 20+ cents per word

I need to hire a part-time writer to help us create articles and content on the topic of sleep. Topics will be for a general audience but will require a depth of knowledge on topics covered.
Will need some scientific background, undergrad or advanced degrees in neuroscience, psychology, etc are preferred. Experience in a sleep lab is also a plus!
You should be driven, pumped about learning, and comfortable translating research findings to general audiences.
Necessary qualifications: Attention to detail, ability to conduct basic scientific research (pub med, etc), understanding of basic neuroscience topics, previous experience in writing and editing science and health articles.
Bonus qualifications: Experience in sleep labs or clinical research, masters or PhD in a relevant subject area, marketing/SEO experience, experience in quiz development/psychometrics, laughs at my jokes even when they aren't funny.
Pay: $.20 a word or more (would prefer to hire someone hourly to join the team on a part-time basis if it's a good fit)
