Sex Writer wanted | $150-$250 per piece

I'm looking for a sex writer! The column is a reader favorite and I want the right freelancer to take the helm.
Here's some who, what, when, why, and hows. The focus is service journalism, so our sex column is less hot takes or personal stories, and more advice on how readers can be better informed.
Pay is between $150-250 per story. I'd like to get back to updating it, so the right freelancer would be able to keep that schedule. (Also professional, a thoughtful writer, decent person, etc.).
