Benton REA is seeking an experienced freelance writer and photographer to be published in Ruralite magazine.
Applicants must be able to conduct in-person or phone interviews in Benton, Yakima and Lewis counties. Applicants must have a strong knowledge of AP style and open to professional editing. Excellent photography skills are required. Applicants must have a proven ability to meet deadlines.
This is a freelance position. The chosen applicant will not be hired as an employee of Benton REA but will be paid $300 per story with an average of one story per month as needed. Mileage is paid.
