Deadline: 10 March 2021
I am seeking personal stories around learning to be alone during a pandemic/how it impacted your mental wellness. Did it change what caring for yourself/others looks like? If you dreaded aloneness, are you more comfortable with it now? Unexpected sources of support you found?
I am especially interested in POVs touching on substance use/sobriety/recovery, but definitely not a requirement. Earth-shattering epiphanies/radical transformations also not required.
800-1200 words, $200-$250, no reporting required. Send pitches to kmorrell [at] healthline [dot] com
I'll be taking a look at what comes through until next Wednesday, 3/10.
