Writer wanted for TTRPG game | 15 cents per word

Chris Stone Bush is looking for a writer:
I want to hire someone to write an adventure for my rules light, high fantasy TTRPG game, BRIGHTHAMMER. I'm looking for something around 500 to 700 words, and will pay 15 cents/word.
I'm keeping submissions open until March 10th, and making a decision on March 12th.
I'm not a big name in the TTRPG industry, but I see this as a way to repay the awesome people who gave me a chance. With that in mind, I am explicitly encouraging first time writers, particularly BIPOC and queer writers, to send a submission.
The downside here is that I'm going to disappoint a lot of people by only choosing one writer. So, if this goes well, I am absolutely thinking about more.
