We seek a UX copywriter with a firm grasp of creating explicit and honest short-form safety-related content to support an Incident response content refresh project for one of our tech clients. If you are the right fit, you know how to take automated Incident responses to the next level, providing concise, customer-facing content samples that are direct yet informative and transparent and following legal parameters in an empathetic tone. This role will be subject to reviewing content with compassionate issues. You understand how to stay within a client’s brand voice and style guides and pivot on a moment’s notice to different topics. You are efficient, religious in meeting deadlines and enjoy working independently and collaboratively with Marketing and Legal stakeholders.

This is a remote, project-based short contract role, 1-2 Months. We will only be able to respond to applicants who meet the basic qualifications for this role.

REQUIRED:

3+ years in shorter form marketing writing to be consumed by customers, ideally in the safety and tech space.
Demonstrated understanding of how Safety support collateral gets used/consumed by end-users.
Awareness of common content challenges and decision logic within large tech organizations
Adept at gathering material from legal subject matter experts and adapting to a variety of different topics.
