You will have to produce a report that summarises the hiring trend for the last quarter (jan-feb-march) for the cloud-native sector https://www.cncf.io/.
You will be provided with the raw data, a list of questions that should be answered and an engineer to help you with the analysis. Your job is to extrapolate the information and write the report.
EXAMPLE QUESTIONS:
- What's the percentage of remote jobs? What's the trend like?

- What's the average salary for a Kubernetes engineer? What's the trend like?
- What cloud do they use? (e.g. Azure, AWS, GCP, on-prem) What's the trend like?

- What's the average years of experience required?
- Where are most of the offers located?
