We are a stealth content startup focused on developing the very best content for accounting firms around the world. We have a background in both accounting and content production, but need a team of writers to help us produce dozens of pieces of content as quickly as possible.
Who You Are: You are a passionate, reliable, high-quality freelance writer who’s looking for a steady, reliable gig. You may have some knowledge about the accounting world, taxes, auditing, and the like, or you may not. Either way is fine! Ultimately, we want writing partners who can work quickly, get the job done well, and help us produce a repository of content on both evergreen and relevant accounting topics.
What We Need: We’re starting (almost) from scratch and building a large repository of content (short-form, long-form, newsy, evergreen) for accounting firms around the world to use for their marketing efforts. We need your help to build that repository and create the kind of content that makes us unique.
The content we need must be original (of course) and should be well-researched, with links provided to sources whenever possible. We also need the content to be well-written and easy to edit, and we ask that you turn pieces around to us in one week from the assignment date. The good thing is, because we have so much content we need to produce and much more content to produce over time, you shouldn’t have any trouble finding new pieces to write for us.
What You’ll Make: We’re paying $100 per piece (about an average of 500 to 700 words). If we don’t accept your piece, we’ll pay a fee of $10. Better yet, we’ll pay you within 30 days at the latest!
What the Future Holds: We’re really serious about this and have a HUGE editorial calendar. So, if we work well together and your work is solid, consider this a steady and reliable gig.
