Pitches wanted (science, health, technology, DIY) | 50 cents to $1 per word

If you got laid off today (or ever! or never!) and have science/health/tech/DIY features to pitch, hit me up. I can't take a ton but I am always thrilled to have people pitching and I am indeed looking for features. Big ones, small ones, packages, etc.
Also, feel free to drop me a line if you have ample experience covering one of these topics and want to chat about being a regular contributor. Disclaimer: This kind of call always yields like 200 emails and all I am promising is to forward them to department heads.
Rate varies depending on our agreement. But features for our digital editions are generally around $1 a word, while web features are more like 50 cents a word.
