Copywriter wanted for IT consulting website and other projects | 10 to 25 cents per word

I'm looking for a stellar copywriter to help me launch my new website currently in development. I'm a small IT company specializing in small business IT solutions (B2B). A writer with TECH/IT-related experience is preferred. My budget is currently $.10 - $.25 cents per word or preferably flat-rate per webpage. I also need business report copy, marketing collateral, and some miscellaneous copy once the website is launched.
This is my first project bringing a copywriter on board. Any time spent helping me understand the writing process and having a little patience will be most appreciated.
