As always, if you’re a writer who loves going deep for several weeks or months on a single company or theme in the world of startups or technology with the pay rate to do great work—we are always looking for new writers.
You can always just email me and introduce yourself—what areas you like writing about, a portfolio if you have it, and if you have specific companies in mind, feel free to share as well.
We commission a lot of different formats. I can say that for the series that I edit, we have generally been targeting roughly $1/word for the pieces. That's still in place today.
