I'm very happy to share general rates with you: Op-eds pay $100-150; features pay $150-250. I try to be very considerate of the work that goes into a story, so keep in mind that these are general rates and depending on the kind of work involved (for instance, is there a video component?). The rates will be as fair as I possibly can be given our current budget.
