I want your pitches, especially if you're queer and tired. I'm looking for pitches from queer writers, illustrators, and graphic artists with intersectional identities, interesting takes on pop culture, and a love of queer media old and new.
BIPOC writers are highly encouraged to pitch, especially Black/brown folks, disabled folks, and folks on the spectrum. Even if you think it's "not queer enough", I want to read it.
I especially love to read first-person narratives, TikTok journalism, oral histories, random appreciations, and cerebral nonsense. Think Rookie meets Butt Magazine meets The Read.
We pay $100-$250 for pieces around 1,500-2,000 words. I can't wait to hear from you.
