A couple notes on pitching: We love stories that leave the reader feeling delighted, informed about a cause, equipped with new useful information, like they’ve gotten a window into someone else’s unique and inspiring life.
Please be sure to pitch a STORY not a TOPIC. It should have a narrative thread, a driving force, a central character. The fact that you or someone else loves their Subaru or took a road trip is not enough on its own; tell us what makes them/the trip truly unique and fascinating.
