Writer wanted (science, medicine) | 50 cents per word

I'm looking for a person who can take a draft of a scientific manuscript and turn it into a decent sound draft that could potentially be submitted to a journal without further edits. Most of the work is in the cancer field (various areas), but a background in cancer biology/medicine isn't required. I would imagine the writer here would need a PhD or MD to do this, but I'm open to others if you feel like you can write a professional manuscript from a minimal draft. It would likely involve looking at other papers in the field to get a feel for what is presented and how (jargon used).
Manuscript tend to be around 2,000 words and I'm willing to pay 50 cents a word.

A couple of things to clarify:
Getting the paper accepted is not part of the writing or a condition of payment. I just meant that the quality of writing should be acceptable as a first submission to a journal.
The work is ghost-written. So your name wouldn't be an author or in an acknowledgment.
