We're looking for features, essays, commentary, and reviewsβand that means we are looking for YOUR pitches.
We pay $150.

In short, make sure you:
- send us a pitch and NOT a full piece
- read some of our prior work to see how we work with gender, science, and history--and which category your work belongs
- let us know why we're a good fit for your work
We really encourage BIPOC writers, LGBTQ+ writers and writers with disabilities to pitch.
We really encourage people newer to public writing, or making the switch from academic writing, to pitch us as well.
Again, we pay $150.
