Reflection pieces / pitches wanted for Pride Month | $300 per piece

Still looking for an LGBTQ Reflection piece for June (or any other month, but would like to celebrate Pride).
AND HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:
1. Either hit me with an idea you'd like to talk/email through, or go ahead and send a piece.
2. They run between 1,000 and 1,500 words.
3. They usually have a beginning, a middle and an end, and often focus on an event or a day or theme. They are not op-eds or editorials.
4. We pay $300 per reflection.
5. Reflections have not been published elsewhere.
6. We usually run three or four photos with each piece, so please send anything that might work.
7. We'll also need a short bio and a headshot.
8. I'm happy to talk it out with you.
9. We have a backlog, but essays run faster if they're associated with a current event/anniversary.
