We are seeking freelance journalists for stories related to child and youth welfare. Especially keen on New Mexico-based writers and photographers for special project. $1/word.

We don't do straight education reporting—that is well covered elsewhere. Topics of interest include but not limited to OST, social and emotional learning, arts learning, foster care, juvenile justice, immigration, LGBTQ, youth w/disabilities, violence prevention, and more
