Writer wanted for PR firm | $200-$500 per piece

Candidates should be junior to senior level folks with some solid experience.
I'm looking for someone to support me in a monthly contract position: press release—first draft writing and take edit input/revise, 1-3 600-1,000 business and tech articles (think bylines, OpEds in tier 1 outlets like Forbes, Harvard Business Review, SmartBrief, etc.), interview clients to backgrounders for stories, corporate blog posts.
Rates:
I was thinking of the following:
- $250 per press release
- $200 per blog post
- $500 per 1,000 word article (interview, 2 revisions with minimal edit/input from Sarah)
- and TBD on any other admin writing or additional projects that come up
