Wanted: Call Center Services—Original Content
I need original editorial B2B content in the call center space. You’d write on a per-article basis and invoice for your work at the end of every month.
Article topics speak to the specific service offerings of the company by addressing the questions or pain points target clientele might have.
I’d assign the topics and would be open to pitches as well. For each, I’d want approximately 1,000 words and divided into 3-5 sections. I’d love a journalistic approach where you’d include quotes or paraphrases from a subject matter expert you’d interview via phone or e-mail.
Sample topics might include:
- 10 Questions to Ask a Call Center Provider
- What is UCaaS and how can it Help Your Startup?
- How to Build, Onboard, and Support a Remote Team
- ... and so forth.
