SEO Writer wanted (astral projection) | 10-15 cents per word

10 cents per word, up to 15 cents per word in the future if the quality will be great.
I am looking for a high-quality content writer to produce content for a website about Astral Projection and Lucid Dreaming in the future. But for now, only Astral Projection.
This is an ongoing project, min required 10k words per month.
I want:
- A huge plus if you have previous experience in this topic or if you have a lot of knowledge
- Native English writers is a big plus
- Must have excellent grammar and writing skills
- Content should be written from an informal context
- Fundamental understanding of writing for SEO (proper construct of subheadings and paragraph content)
- No unnecessary words in the articles to boost up the word count. The articles should be very informative without a ton of fluff.
- Use of semantic / LSI keywords / NLP, using related phrases
- Ideally SurferSEO / Inlinks capable
- Internal linking and referencing are a must!
This is a big job, ongoing work, for at least a year or so.
Happy to pay per piece and once trust cemented, in bulk.
Ideally, you would have some background/experience in writing this content.
The writing would start as soon as possible.
Pay rate 10 cents per word but it depends on the quality. If the quality won't be as good, it might be lower but I'm willing to pay up to 15 cents per word if the quality is very good + SEO and we work together for a longer period of time.
