SEO Blogger wanted (property technology, SaaS) | ~$180 per piece

We have a client in the PropTech/ SAAS space with a blog and we're looking for an SEO-skilled blogger who has some knowledge of and experience in PropTech.
We're offering $220 (CAD) for a 1000-1500 word blog article and we will provide all topics and keyword research. While we would like to test a writer for one piece, we are looking to find someone who can provide us with two articles per month eventually.
Clips would be great. Just looking for folks with PropTech knowledge who can speak to industry trends and the like.
