Writer wanted for long-form insight paper | $900 per day

I am looking for a freelance strategist/writer who can help out for the next couple of weeks firm up an insight paper I'm publishing.
I need writing assistance on an insight paper that my company is looking to publish at the end of June. Ideally, I'd like to collaborate with a freelancer for the next few weeks and I've been approved for a day rate of about $900/day. I have an outline, research, statistics, and quotes from interviews but need help in putting it all together in a format that can be published in long-form and then broken out into articles.
