We take pitches for our blog at hello@reprojobs.org and accepted pitches are paid $300 each.

GUIDELINES

So you want to pitch ReproJobs! We pay $300/piece, usually about 500-800 words with 1-2 rounds of edits. We accept maybe 20% of the pitches we get, mostly because we don't have the capacity to do really rigorous editing.

What are we looking for? Pieces that discuss social justice workplace best practices. Pieces that center the voices and priorities of Black and Indigenous people of color, LGBTQ+ folks, trans, non-binary, and gender expansive folks, disabled people and anyone who's often marginalized in the very white world of repro non-profits. We want to hear about what makes an amazing workplace culture. We want to hear about what happened when you tried to unionize.

We don't want to hear only about your complaints, although of course you're welcome to email us to vent. We want to hear what you think you organization could've or should've done differently.

What does a workplace that centers the needs of gender expansive workers look like? What workplace policies would help parents really feel supported and seen? Tell us!
