- Outstanding writing, editing, and proofreading skills (writing samples to be required).
- Strong concepting and ideation skills.
- Ability to apply voice & tone guidelines and tailoring content appropriately for various audiences.
- Perseverance and persistence in dealing with challenges, a number of stakeholders, and the ability to find creative, innovative solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, to prioritize workload, and to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with demanding deadlines.

- Ability to work on guidelines development and lead the various projects that aim to lift the creative quality and consistency across regions.
