Union Built Matters is hiring passionate journalists to help us bring to life some of the most consequential stories affecting our society today- the destruction of the middle class, the exploitation of vulnerable workers, the degradation of our buildings and infrastructure, and the continued concentration of wealth among a powerful few.

We are a publication/ advocacy group focused on the NYC real estate development and construction industry, but the issues we cover have national scope and resonance. Our work spans the gamut from provocative analysis of policy, to bringing to life the real human stories of those most severely impacted by it. Our content reaches hundreds and thousand of people every month.
