Writer wanted (astral projection) | 10 to 15 cents per word

I'm looking for one more writer for this project.
I am looking for a high-quality content writer to produce content for a website about Astral Projection and Lucid Dreaming in the future. But for now, only Astral Projection.
This is an ongoing project, min required 10k words per month.
I WANT:
- A huge plus if you have previous experience in this topic or if you have a lot of knowledge
- Native English writers is a big plus
- Must have excellent grammar and writing skills
- Content should be written from an informal context
- Fundamental understanding of writing for SEO (proper construct of subheadings and paragraph content)
- No unnecessary words in the articles to boost up the word count. The articles should be very informative without a ton of fluff.
- Use of semantic / LSI keywords / NLP, using related phrases
- Internal linking and referencing are a must!
This is a big job, ongoing work, for at least a year or so.
Happy to pay per piece and once trust cemented, in bulk.
Ideally, you would have some background/experience in writing this content.
The writing would start as soon as possible.
Pay rate 0.10$ per word but it depends on the quality. If the quality won't be as good, it might be lower but I'm willing to pay up to 0.15$ per word if the quality is very good + SEO and we work together for a longer period of time.
