Now taking pitches for the third issue of our new food journalism magazine. The theme for this issue is Space! Please email samples and bio if you're interested.
Payment is CD$0.15 per word for around 1200 words. Open to international submissions, and please pitch even if you aren’t necessarily a food writer! Tech, culture, environmental, agricultural, political and more all encouraged! We can commission about five articles per month.
Our first issue will go live in the middle of June. We want to produce serious, timeless writing that interrogates food. We’re interested in everything from its history and culture to nutrition, scientific innovations, production, agriculture, and more.
