We are once again looking for a skilled, self-motivated tech-writer who is experienced in creating user guides and how-to articles on tech-related topics. But this time only for macOS!

PAYMENT:

Our rate is ~ $0.10 - $0.15 per word for an article with WP publishing. But the rate can change (in either direction) depending on the different parameters described below.

Our last attempt to find authors yielded great results. We selected more than 10 authors, most of whom we still cooperate with on a permanent basis. Now, we want to expand our macOS content team even more, and you could be just who we’re looking for!

OUR IDEAL WRITER IS:

An experienced macOS user who owns a Mac running macOS Big Sur.
Fluent in English. We prefer native speakers but are open to hiring non-native speakers as well.
Familiar with WordPress. Our writers self-publish their own articles and format them according to our guides & requirements.
Has basic HTML/CSS skills: Making WordPress articles beautiful often requires basic HTML/CSS skills.
Proficient in SEO basics. Your articles should not only be well-written but also meet basic SEO requirements.
Tech-savvy. You should have the necessary technical knowledge to write in-depth macOS guides supported by your own research.
Able to create unique screenshots. We expect our writers to create unique screenshots to support their content.
Experienced. Practical experience in writing in-depth technical macOS blogs and guides would be a huge advantage.
Active on social media. Our authors publish their articles on our sites using their real names and provide links to their professional social networks (Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
Authority on the topic. Writers who publish macOS (and other) content on other established websites are preferred.

THINGS WE WON'T TOLERATE:

Bad English. Grammatical errors, bad wording, poor writing style, and bad writing quality in general.
When a person pretends to be another person or a test assignment is done by one person and subsequent assignments by someone else.
Plagiarism. We require our writers to produce 100% unique content based on their experience and research.
Not meeting deadlines. It is very important to us that the author can steadily deliver 3-4 articles per month and meet all deadlines.
