Science news website is looking for a freelance physics writer. 3-5 articles per week (as per agreement).
News articles are based on research publications (PRL, Nature Physics, Science, etc.) and include author interviews.
This is a long-term position.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Physics writing experience.
- Physics education/work background.
- AP style, clean copy without significant editor handholding.
Compensation: $70-100 per article depending on qualifications (700-900 words).
Resume, cover letter and writing examples are required.
