Writers wanted for marketing agency (cybersecurity, medical, technical) | 15+ cents per word

I work for a marketing agency and I am always looking for freelance writers to expand my roster of available writers for our projects. We are looking to establish a long-term relationship with writers for ongoing work (could be as much as 1-2 projects per month or 1 project every few months) but not just a one-and-done project. Our clients write about complicated subjects so we want someone who is willing to invest the time and energy (or already has the expertise) on these topics and won't leave after a single project.
Looking for writers in a few categories:
- cybersecurity
- highly technical (DevOps, engineering, embedded systems, etc)
- medical device and technology
We are looking for writers who have experience writing long-form content like eBooks. To be considered you must have long-form examples available to share (if they are ghostwritten and you cannot share them that won't work for us), good communication skills, experience in the above industries, willingness to sign a confidentiality agreement.
If selected - each individual project will be paid within 30 days of invoice (via ACH or account transfer) based on pre-negotiated flat fee rate. Pay (in $US) will be based on experience, samples, and the size of project. (Note that our standard rate is over the $.15/word minimum).
