maro parents is a mobile and web app that helps parents navigate tough growing-up conversations about mental health and puberty with their kids. Since launching in November 2020, maro has received advocacy from pediatric providers across the nation including Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago and seen reported success from parent users who claim maro is the reason their child now has the help they need. We've been featured in Forbes and Red Tricycle and named top 5 “favorite apps for connecting with children”.
We're looking for someone to write a short comic to explain period myths to kids going through puberty. Please submit writing samples with application!
