Remote Writer wanted (tech) | $600-$700 per week (5 stories weekly)

We are looking for a freelance writer to do 5 stories a week (3 short, 2 longer) for our Guides section. Must be very online, have great ideas, great taste, and be able to turn around clean, stylish copy quickly.
We're looking for someone, ideally U.S.-based, to go on contract for this. Basic image-editing skills are encouraged. Send me a graf on why you're right for the gig, plus links to your three best stories.
We're looking at $600-700 a week for the right person. Now, pulling the curtain back a bit, the person we need for this role needs to be fluent in tech, sometimes at a pretty technical level:
I mean this in the nicest way possible, but please look at the examples and the website before writing in. Every writer is a diamond in my book, but we're looking for someone who can deliver a piece that fits right in on the site, in terms of topics, format, and style.
