Our pay range depends on experience. We’ve started several younger writers at .$25/word with the opportunity to go higher once we establish a good working relationship. Others have gotten $.33/word or $.50/word. Obviously word count varies based on assignment. I’d say on average we pay writers about $350-400 per story. Happy to answer more Q’s.
