Remote B2B Writer wanted | $30-$60 per hour

We're hiring a freelance writer! For this role, rates range from $30 to $60 per hour, depending on experience.

FREELANCE B2B REPORTER-WRITER

Rep Cap, a content marketing agency that specializes in creating and promoting editorial content for B2B brands, is always looking for new freelance writers who specialize in HR tech, insurance and financial services.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Reporting and writing articles, blog posts and white papers on a variety of business topics, for use by our company and clients.
• Identifying data, research, subject matter experts and other sources for your writing.
• Interviewing clients, subject matter experts, and other human sources to gather information for your writing.
• Reviewing industry materials and performing additional research for your writing.
• Developing topic ideas for articles, blog posts and white papers.
• Necessary Skills & Qualifications:
• Outstanding reporting and writing skills.
• Ability to produce high-quality work while consistently meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively. Our team works from various cities around the country and assignments are primarily managed through our project management platform, Basecamp.
• Knowledge of AP Style.
• Knowledge of basic SEO writing principles.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• 3 or more years of experience as a writer at a mainstream news or industry publication.
• Demonstrated experience writing engaging B2B content about complex topics.
• Experience working with clients for non-journalism writing projects.
