Reporter wanted (cannabis lifestyle, culture) | $1 per word

I am looking for a reporter with some solid science clips and experience writing about cannabis (ideally in a lifestyle/culture kinda way, not just policy or health studies) for an upcoming project. The scope of it is TBD but happy to talk details with anyone interested. Since this will be a feature package, it will pay at least $1/word.
