We are an established SaaS company in the social media space looking to hire freelance writer(s) to grow our blog.
Our initial focus is on topics related to Instagram and small business - while you don't need to have an MBA or experience running a business, the ability to talk confidently and accurately about these topics is important. This role will require you to not only understand how IG works, but also analyze how other companies are using it (for better or for worse).
DETAILS:
- Pay: $.20/word max - we typically pay electronically at the end of each month (you provide the invoice) but can also do piece by piece if necessary.
- Frequency: 2-10 pieces per month - our only limitations right now are editing + design so this could increase as we fix those bottlenecks
- Length: at least 2k words per post, occasionally 5k+
- Engagement: The longer the better - we're just now building out our content marketing team and if you're talented then we will keep giving you work!
Our content is created with SEO in mind and we will provide detailed briefs for every piece. The ideal applicant will be familiar with SEO best practices like header hierarchy, using keywords naturally, and external+internal linking.
Applicants can be located anywhere but must be native English speakers and be willing to write using American English.
