Writer wanted for blockchain projects (any time zone) | 10-15+ cents per word

COMPANY/PUBLICATION: SLANCE (ANY TIME ZONE)

Mandatory note: please do not apply if you are not a seasoned writer. We pay a premium and expect premium quality that’s ready to be used without our supervision. An interest in tech/saas/blockchain/crypto/decentralization is greatly preferred.

We produce short, 3-5 minute explainer videos for promising crypto/blockchain projects and we are looking for an extra set of hands to help us with the workload.

You’ll be writing 400-500 word scripts based on a whitepaper/website/client input. This is usually too lengthy and you’re tasked to re-word/re-write/re-work it to 500 words.

This means leaving out the non-essentials so that the core meaning is left. This requires you to fully understand the concept.

The goal is to write a script that sums up the main benefits of each project and present it in a coherent flow that is easy to follow for the viewer.

RATE

At least $0.10-0.15 per word. PM me your rate.

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU

• Fluid writing skills. You know how to create a coherent article that gently guides the viewer/reader through the video.
• You know how to include only the most important parts of a project.
• Do your own research about the project. We expect you to work fully autonomous.
• Having an interest in blockchain/crypto/NFT/DeFi definitely helps, or at least know how to explain complex topics to in a simple manner
• We are looking for a reliable person that has time right now, not in 2 weeks from now
• We currently have clients for 3-4 scripts per week.

PROCESS

• Write a demo script about a topic we supply you with (we will fully pay the demo script if we're going to use it)
• If the demo script is not upto standards, it will not be paid, also not partially. This is an unfortunate effect of the many, many bad writers we have to deal with.
• PM me your rate and a short motivation. Following up on that we'll have a call and go from there.
• First come first serve; we look at the first 10 PM's

OTHER

We buy the full ownership rights of every written document/text you produce for us for the agreed price per content piece. This is non-negotiable and you will have to agree to this in writing.
