This is a freelance, remote position. We are open to both full-time and part-time applicants (min. 15 hours per week)
Our editorial team is looking for experienced writers to produce real estate, lifestyle and travel content for a leading luxury real estate website. The selected candidate will have an opportunity to work with the editorial team on a daily basis, taking on projects of various sizes, from quick news posts to interviews to long-form essays.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Edit and publish a minimum of 5 articles a week
- Combination of editing/writing (mostly writing)
Content calendar planning
- Work with the editorial team to build out the content calendar
- Pitch ideas for new stories/features
- Develop content plans
- Target evergreen topics
Additional tasks
- Assist with digital production
- Identify evergreen stories to update
PREFERRED QUALITIES
- Experience editing and/or writing real estate, lifestyle or travel content
- Familiarity with content written for the web
- Deadline-driven
- Curiosity and enthusiasm about high-end real estate
