User Experience Writing/Conversational Design is central to the success of our product, and we’re looking for a conversational designer/copywriter superstar who will help us reimagine what is possible. Leveraging your experience in copywriting for marketing and sales, you’ll help us construct a new product that will help solar companies better communicate their value to homeowners. Product is at the heart of everything we do, and our organizational structure reflects that — you’ll report directly to our CEO.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As a User Experience Writer/Conversational Designer, you might find yourself:

Performing customer research
Writing sales copy for the chatbot
A/B Testing

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

You have 5+ years of relevant experience in sales copywriting with experience in on chatbot design
You communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences
You understand how to write sales language
You are self-directed and can manage your own schedule
You have a phenomenal attitude and highly positive outlook
