Copywriter wanted | 15+ cents per word

This is not a salary-based position and I'm not looking for a newbie copywriter. You MUST be advanced in this skill. Also, COPYWRITING IS NOT ARTICLE WRITING; so those who send samples of articles, please let's not waste each other's time. Samples can only be AD copies, Web page copies (not articles), Landing Page copies, and those who can write or perfect mission statements, USPs, Elevator Pitches and such.
I'm looking for a copywriter urgently. So I''m hoping to get someone who can start latest Tuesday. This is not one of my client's requests. You'll be working directly with me. Tech copywriters will be favored but if you're confident that you can write tech copies but don't have tech samples, feel free to convince me.
Pay is $0.15 per word (but I'm willing to go higher for the right person). You must have experience writing copies, I'm really not looking for someone who's "trying this out". Some writers love to ignore flairs.
